The Funky Phantom Crew are a group of characters on Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?. They appear in the second episode of the first season. They first debuted in the Hanna-Barbera animated series, The Funky Phantom. They act more like opponents to Mystery Inc. than allies, especially that Mystery Inc. are more of a team of skeptics while The Funky Phantom Crew are more of a team of believers.
